The students of Emmaus are segregated into four houses that become their family. Each house has a representative faculty and student representatives or Captains and Vice-Captains. A sense of teamwork and winning habit is inculcated into the students who compete for the yearly cup that is awarded to the house with maximum points amalgamated through performances in Sports, Extracurricular Activities and Academic performances.

Emmaus students are integrated into the following houses
